Ok for stay considering 2 star facility. Rooms are provided with sofa cum bed for extra sleeping space.

A good stay, healty n clean environment. On the highway. Near har ki pauri. Affordable, hygienic stay. Nice food, healthy n light.

Hotel Vivan Regency exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff was incredibly supportive, and the parking management was efficient. The hotel's prime location near the Ganga River was a bonus. The service was top-notch, and the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Haridwar!

I stayed in Deluxe room for 2 days with my husband and an infant .Room was good , clean and very spacious. Although they could fix a few things ; 1. We were not told that water was chareable at the time of checkin , we were told at the time of checkout. I think you should not charge for water from your guests. This is a very basic amenity which you should provide to your guests or at least tell them when they check in. 2. Breakfast time is mentioned as 8 AM but did not open the breakfast on either day before 8:30 AM - 8:45 AM. We were stalled on both days by saying that it will be done in every 10 minutes. 3. We took the room with breakfast option and when they did not put the breakfast buffet at 8 AM , we requested at least provide us with the tea. They gave us tea immediately and charged us at the time of checkout saying that buffet was not opened at 8 AM so we will charge for the tea. 4. Noone helped with the baggae at the time of checkout.

Not worth the price. Staff is polite. But basic amenities lacking. Everything has to be asked for. No towels. No tea/coffee setup. AC has no cooling. They don't check before giving the room. Remotes not available. For each and everything we had to ask. Will not recommend. Not worth the price

I stayed at this place for 2 nights during my family visit. Genuinely it's an excellent place. Cleanliness -- just wow. Hotel staff are very polite, professional and supportive. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast awesome. Dinner wonderful and economic. Everything was just superb. Thank you so much for making our trip wonderful.

A small yet beautiful place. We, a family of 4, stayed for a night in 2 rooms which were very well built, designed & furnished. Everything about the place is comfortable & made to good taste. Meticulous care of cleanliness & service to every detail - eg when they serve tea they put a folded tissue under the cup (see photo that I'll post after this review). Location & access is good too.
