Hotel vinayak inn haridwar

The room has zero ventilation. DO not prefer if u have other options. The bedsheet stinks and has lots of stains. The blanket is also stinky. The bathroom however is good. The towel they gave seemed to be overly used. The staff is completely non cooperative. When asked to change the room due to ventilation issue, we were informed that they did not have any other room that had any ventilation or window. He asked us to use the exhaust fan of the toilet as ventilation. Overall, we do not recommend the hotel

They will say hotel is pet friendly and charge 500 rs for pet but not friendly at all. Any fault in the room reported they will blame be it from the moment you entered the room to check. Staff is rude and rooms are not properly clean.. a lot of dust on other side of bed. No extra blankets or bedding. No provision of spare keys in case someone wants to stay back in the room to rest you can't lock the room from outside. AC's can be controlled from outside as well so switched off by staff on their will. No curtains in room and balcony light is so disturbing. Overall not a good experience!

Staff and the owner are too rude. Water leaks from the bathroom. No car parking in the hotel premises. They do not even have blankets but few sheets to cover. No extra pillows or sheets. Ac's would be automatically turned off at 5 am. They have switches controlled from outside. One of the poorest service I have experienced till date. Not worthy of staying. Rooms are so small that toh cannot even walk. Rooms are size of the beds.

Worst place to stay in Haridwar. The control AC from reception and switch it off every few hours to save electricity. You have to call reception after every few hours even at night to turn AC on. They control Geyser from downstairs and every time you have to call them to turn on gyser. Every electronic switch in room as 2 way connection to reception. There is no parking inside premises. They make your car park in corresponding lane and your vehicle gets scratches from the e-rickshaw that drive in lane. No food when I stayed there as cook was on leave.

Excellent room, clean and hygienic at affordable rates. Good food and great location. The owner Mr Radhesh and his staff are very supportive and accomodating. Highly recommended for all.

Very poor service. I was staying in last week of December... chilling cold weather....and this hotel charge extra money for providing warm drinking water. How they can charge for providing basic amenity. No room cleaning was done for my 3 days stay. I stayed 1 night in Rishikesh and 2 nights in mussoorie....the hotels over their provided warm drinking water free ...which is expected in cold weather.

Nice place to stay if you're staying only for a single day, rooms are compacted and small, tho bathroom is quite big enough and clean, staff at reception is very helpful, merely 10 min. Walking distance from railway station, that's biggest advantage that you don't have to take a cab until you can handle you baggage by yourself. Good luck.
