Hotel Shiv Inn

The hotel is walking distance from Railway Station or just 100 rs from auto if you have huge luggage and cannot walk. The Har Ki Paudi and other ghats are also walking distance. Property is near and clean. Very comfortable stay. Rooms are clean. Washroom is spacious. TV and wifi available. Staff is smiling and friendly.

Room was clean enough for the price we paid but no hot water after a certain time. Staff weren't particularly helpful. We asked for toilet paper and got given two paper napkins. We were given a room on the ground floor near reception and the staff member on the desk spent the night watching videos loudly on his phone. Every noise in the downstairs area could be heard in our room along with a lot of banging and footsteps upstairs so if you want a peaceful stay, ask for a room on the top floor.

This is like expectations versus reality. What a pathetic service it was! They we're just serving the dirty-dirty washroom/Toilet water as drinking water. The staff was very rude and making the argument. They said that there's 24-hours water supply but it was nothing that they said. Also they were making us fool, they we're making fake review of themselves only. Never ever come in this hotel.

If I can give review in minus it's minus100 negative. Pathetic service given by staff. They had mixed dirty water from tank in my room drinking water. When I have seen they argue and said we have finished RO water. To mixed dirty water tank water for drinking not good for health. This water used for washroom used from this tank.

The place is centrally located so nearby the railway station bus stand and ghat decent for a one day stay I would recommend to book offline as you can get better rooms the rooms are clean so is the washroom the cleaning staff has a bit of casual approch but overall the stay was good

It was a nice experience in this hotel like a home.. I'm staying in 3days with my family.. they are also happy and also I am... There room, service, hospitality and management all things are good.... Any body come to Haridwar please visit this hotel... Hotel Shib Inn thank for your support and management

hotel is newly built so rooms are super good and affordable prices too excellent but only disappointing thing was that they didn't provided any amenities like towel, soap or anything else I reached at late night so didn't asked for anything but toiletries should be present in room beforehand..

Very pathetic service. Rube behaviour of staff. They are serving dirty water of the tank from which the washroom water supplied. When we caught them to do the same they make arguments and not listening at all. They are playing with our healths . Never ever stay here.
