Hotel Raj Mandir

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Raj Mandir during my recent trip to Haridwar. The location is excellent--close to Har Ki Pauri and other major attractions, which made getting around super convenient. I stayed in Platinum 4 bedroom. The rooms were big, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the in-house food options could be improved a bit in terms of variety and taste. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended for anyone visiting Haridwar! ***Please note**** Be ready to walk as the location is in the upper road maket area adjacent to Mansa Devi Ropeway.

A Royal Stay at Hotel Raj Mandir - Full of Fun & Masti! Wow! My stay at Hotel Raj Mandir was absolutely royal! The rooms were so luxurious that I felt like settling there forever . The whole time was filled with fun, dance, and endless photoshoots - we enjoyed it to the fullest! The best part? The amazing hotel staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful, making our experience even better. Special thanks to Bharti Saini Ma'am , who isn't just a staff member but truly the soul of the hotel! The hotel is conveniently located close to Mansa Devi Temple. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the price felt slightly high--we paid 2000 for one night. While there's a restaurant nearby, finding the exact hotel location was a bit tricky using online maps, and we had to ask local shops for directions. Despite that, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very pleasant staff. In the middle of most sight seeing and bustling bazar, a lot of choices of street food close by. Parking is a huge advantage. The rooms and bathroom are exceptionally spacious. But need some make over. Quite clean and the eager staff help you with any changes that are required. I recommend it for a good value for money stay.

Our stay at Hotel RajMandir was fantabulous. The location of this hotel is so convenient as all the attractions were nearby. From the moment, we arrived the staff was so welcoming especially Ms. Bharti Saini. She has arranged all the things whatever we need in one call. Special thanks to her! Also whole staff was so courteous and polite. The hotel has inbuilt restaurant where the food is delicious and the room service was quick. Our room was so clean, comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended hotel and I'd definitely stay here again for my next trip!

Comfortable stay clean and comfortable rooms and the property is very safe.. staff is very cooperative and it's budget friendly. Walking distance from Har ki pauri and 50 meters from Mansa Devi rope way.. even the market area is 100 metres from the hotel..

Worst experience at this property, especially by its counter staff, they don't have basic courtesy and manner to deal with clients. We booked 2 rooms , not even stayed for 10 minutes whole day; even then counter staff misbehaved with us/ one of guests, shouting guests are not allowed, though these guests ate almost different dishes of Rs 40000/ at its restaurants and we have cleared it categorically that they were just guest and they have come to meet us and would not stay here. This we had cleared at the beginning only.Due to their unexpected behavior, we were disappointed. Counter staff were adamant and preoccupied on their behavior.They should understand due to these guests only their restaurants is running.They have locational advantage but nearby area is quite dirty.Bathrooms are below average.they should introspect and check video footage.

Location wise is good. Hotel and staffs are very bad. Services are very very bad not suitable for long and short term stay. Room are very dirty, ac is not working properly, all the linen are very dirty found blood and sauce stain , celing are broken like if we switch on the fan it will fall on my head , housefly, mosquito found in the room please don't stay , their behaviour is very bad with guest , also they review their own hotel so don't fool yourself with online reviews they are making their own rating .
