HOTEL Le ROI, Haridwar

During my recent stay at Hotel Lee Roi in Haridwar, one of the highlights was the in-house restaurant. The food was simple, hygienic and had a homely touch -- perfect for those who prefer light and fresh meals over oily or overly spicy dishes. They offer a vegetarian menu that caters well to both North Indian and local tastes, with classics and all food prepared fresh on order. The breakfast options were decent, with items like paratha, toast, poha, and tea served hot and on time. Though the menu isn't very extensive, the quality and taste make up for it. What stood out was the cleanliness of the kitchen area and the courteous behavior of the restaurant staff. They were accommodating to requests for less spice or extra servings, which added to the comfort of the stay. The dining area is cozy and well-kept, not overly crowded, and perfect for a peaceful meal. For those who prefer dining in their room, room service is available and quite efficient. Overall, the food experience was satisfying -- simple, fresh, and comforting, just like home. Good and best hospitality

Excellent hotel given the price point At an excellent location given how congested the overall city is where there is no place to even walk, this hotel offers parking in the basement. Hotel rooms are clean and adequately maintained and the mattresses and pillows are also decent. No power outage and the TV comes with a working cable connection with almost all the channels available. Wifi is also available with a moderate bandwidth. 24*7 water supply and the room service was also good as they cleaned each and every corner of the room and washroom which I was able to spot, and also changed the linen and towels. Laundry facilty is also good and provides laundry back within the promised time. FNB- hara bhara kebab and dahi ke kebab were excellent and the main course raseele rajma rice were good, However tea might not taste that great as per personal preference. Service staff and reception is well mannered and welcoming. Mr. Dipender Singh is a polite man from service dept. and caters to requests with a smile. Overall a genuine value for money stay at this price.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside the railway station, making it ideal for those traveling by train. The rooms were clean, though there was a slight musty smell -- possibly because they hadn't been aired out recently. The staff was very polite and courteous, which made the stay more pleasant. The washroom was quite compact, and there was an issue with water backing up from the basin drain. Overall, it's a decent option for stay with a very convenient location.

The staff's tone smelled of a little arrogance or maybe it was my misunderstanding.|3. Expectations - The rooms would be clean, and comfortable, with adequate bedding and necessities.|Reality - At par with expectations, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Space was more than enough with perfect orientation.|4. Expectations - The in house restaurant and food would be great and the quality would be decent.|Reality - The food was amazing, from tea to dinner, the quality is top notch. The serving staff and the restaurant managers are exceptionally polite and accomodating. They changed my perception after the reception incident. Only downside, maybe from us peasants perspective, the food is costly but not surprising considering the level at which the hotel operates. If the food cost becomes reasonable, then the hotel is a jackpot for your stay at Haridwar.|5. Expectations - Checkout would be smooth, quick and without any hassle. Will the hotel accomodate any special requests? Let's find out|Reality - Checkout policy is standardised, so you know before hand what will happen if you checkout/checkin late / early. Our experience was hassle free and quick. We did made a special request and it was accomodated. So thanks to the staff.||Overall experience - 4/5 stars and highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is its greatest USP. The rooms are cozy and service was fulfilling as per the requests made. You can easily get cab or local auto services just outside the hotel. The building has an adjacent food court as well. Enjoyed overall stay with affordable tarriff!

Restaurant services are excellent Mr vimal and Mr trilok always had given excellent services and always try to get the dishes prepared as per customer taste this the best way to get the customer satisfaction. Rooms are good but some improvements are required urgently like washroom renovation,lighting in washroom should be senior citizens friendly (bright ) so that they can shave beared easily,for shaving zoom mirror should be their in washrooms,one tap is also required with shower as if someone wants to take bath with bucket and mug in sitting posture,all cisterns should be replaced with newones
