Hotel Le Central, Haridwar

The hotel location is good. But it is very old rooms with unpleasant smell and the bathrooms are very bad. There is no hot water all the day except in the mornings. AC is good, staff very polite and helpful. They should renew the rooms and make some modifications

My experience at Hotel Le Central was very bad. Our booking was from 14-Nov-2024 to 17-Nov-2024 (4 days) at Hotel Le Central. We had a program in Haridwar, we people 75 people Gents and Ladies were staying in this hotel. The first day was fine, the remaining 3 days there was a problem of water. Even after asking repeatedly for hot water for bathing in the morning, hot water was not supplied from the geyser. For 3 days, I and the people of my group had to bathe with cold water. The hotel manager did not pick up the phone when we called. What I want to say is that the service is not as good as the money we pay. Was our money worth our hard work??? The worst hotel I have ever seen. Staff are 2 to 3 and they're very arrogant. No car parking no restaurant. TV not working. I strongly suggest not to book this hotel

Value for money. Good choice at this price and very well located. On the main road close to the station, bus stand, market, 24 hr taxi/auto service. Good Entries all around. ** Housekeeping needs improvement.

There is wrong information about the property, there is no car parking, no restaurant, no free breakfast, no wifi. Lights are not working, room is so smelly. Ac stop working at night. I have wested my money in this and I have no other option to change this hotel because all the hotels are full. So i have to stay in this hotel with my family.

One of the best experiences so far. Clean , spacious and well lit rooms on a pocket friendly budget. I m definitely coming back to this hotel whenever I visit Haridwar next. Very humble and courteous staff with great service.

Its approximately 3 km from railway station.i checked in on 9 sep 2016 with my hubby n daughter.because of technical issue manager pradeep said instead of my 3 nights booking ,only one night is confirmed n rest 2 nights in process.though i booked hotel n flight throygh* Make my trip* . I thought ok fine.on9 we were tired n was 9.30 pm so continued stay at le central.room was spacious.shower was like "thppdd sir pr ." tea ordered was.... like..."tthNddaa paanii* .we droped morning break fast.A appreciable note for PRADEEP who cooperated to prcess refund of 2 nights because of late processing of MMT.MMT Arijit understood confusion and took decision immediately .one thing is to note our standards are high and looks for 4 n 5 star .and this place is perfect for middle class family
