Hotel Lajja Palace

The Worst hotel ever experienced, no towel, no hot water, no bath soap, not maintained property. Very very bad experience, please avoid this hotel even if you get it at the cheapest price. Early in the morning I moved from one room to another with balti in my hand for hot water, and hotel staff laughing at me watching this Very bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Lajja Palace in Haridwar. They completely lack transparency and seem to thrive on cheating their customers. I had informed them well in advance about an early checkout, yet they charged me for extra nights I didn't stay. Despite providing prior notice, they refused to acknowledge their own policy and were unwilling to resolve the issue.||||The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic, and their attitude made the entire experience even worse. Such unethical practices are unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're considering staying here, think twice unless you want to deal with hidden charges and poor service.

It was a below average experience. Person at the reception was looking disinterested. After checking in the bedsheets were dirty and when we asked one of the service person to change it, he denied. That this is how our all bedsheets look like. Also there were alottttt of cockroachs in the room. It was very uncomfortable to stay on floor , wooden panel , everywhere there were cockroaches. Washroom was in good condition and not clean. No amenities were there like kettle, tea and bags etc. At the time of check out also at the reception, no one asked anything, how was the stay and all. And even after sharing the issue and experience, they were so uninterested to even listen to the guests experience, needs and issue to make there service better.

Niceh hotel..all rooms are properly maintained..and i like the hospitality they provide...

The hotel owner is a fraudulent person, we stayed for two days 17 and 18 march 2024. When we stayed on the first day and got breakfast lunch and dinner from the hotel and then the second day we went for the rushikesh and told them we were not coming for lunch and dinner. After telling them, they still made dinner and charged full payment of dinner. And we refused to pay the hotel owner , he tried to complain about the file against us and threatened us that we wouldn't leave the haridwar until the full payment of 37 people's dinner. The owner used bad language to our ladies and also forcefully charged full payment i.e. 12590 rs for a single dinner. I suggest that you don't go to this hotel for a half hour or a day. They only upload good conditioned room photos but are not fooled from google photos or uploaded photos. The room owner( Amarnath Jha) is totally a fraud person.

Rooms are ok ok, but main door locks are broken.. we got 3 rooms but no hot water to bath in winter in 3 rooms for 3 days, geyser are show pieces. Not working properly. After requesting again again they dint even repair geysers. Even The monkeys were putting their hands inside the bathroom window in midnight.. experience is horrible. Not maintained at all. And the staff was jabardasti demanding remaining payment on 2nd day early morning at 6am saying maalik Paisa maang rahe hai unko kahi kisi aur ko Dena hai, while family members were sleeping..even 2 full days we were still staying in that hotel, the owner was running this big hotel and asking for remaining only 6k from guests at early morning.

The room was extremely dirty. No amenities. Geyser not working and there was dirty water from the tap. Upon deciding to leave the hotel, the manager asked us to pay full day tariff. Not recommended at all. On top of that , manager is very rude and not willing to listen to any problem
