Very friedly and helpful people. Nice room, clean. Between the hotel and the river there is a quiet quarter to walk.

Reception mam is good service and good behaviour for customers

The hotel is average if you want to visit with your family only for a few hours stay then it's ok. The entire hotel is full of seepage smell and average cleaning in the hotel. No daily room service for changing room accessories. The staff are helpful and management is helpful but needs to improve the infrastructure of the hotel.

Rooms are not too good but it is ok. As this is an old property. Room Service is good. As they offer good quality of food. They don't have complementary breakfast. They have very small dining area.

I had been to this hotel very often. But it was almost ten years' back. Now the quality of service is completely missing. The food is a waste, sleep quality also bad, amenities okay and staff courtesy is totally missing. Now the focus is ony for revenue generation. There is ample of parking but beware... There was pigeons all over the portico. So, your entire mood will be ruined with 'pooped car'.

Location of the hotel is good. It's just beside the main road hardly 1km from Haridwar Station. According to the budget it's a good hotel. Rooms are big. But the toilets aren't impressive. Food isn't great but it's good. Room service and staff behaviour is very good. Overall it's a very good hotel for budget stay.
