Hotel Gyan

Had a very bad experience for late checkout. Checked in at 3 pm for a daily rate of INR 2500 per day amounting to 5000 for two days. Asked for a late checkout and I was told that it is chargeable for INR 500 till 5 pm. However I was charged additional 1500 for a few hours for a room that is not worth 1500 per day also. The one at reception was not courteous. Already had bad experience with booking through agoda though allowed, it is not honoured. Only advantage is the location and nothing

Only the location was good ...near river ganga nd har ki pauri otherwise the bed was terrible nd the condition of blanket was horrible ...maine bola blanket fata hua h to they were saying Ma'am hamare yha sbhi blankets aise hi hote h nd one of the worst thing was lack of hygiene...pillow covers gande the 5 stars only for the location otherwise if uh need a comfortable stay choose little expensive but not gyan .....ye sb location ke naam pe paise lete h non ganga facing room k liy in logo ne 8000 rs charge kiya i was with my family or 8000 me in logo ki aise condition h paise na fookna iss hotel me (NAAM BADE OR DARSHAN CHOTE)

Cockroaches everywhere - on floor , bathroom , bed and even inside tv remote. Staff is good. Hotel has excellent location.

The hotel is quite old with lots of rooms and lot of floors it has a very beautiful view of Ganga Ji very big disadvantages that car don't come near by so you have to cross the bridge and get your luggage it is on the Ganga Ghat so very near by for Ganga Aarti ,very near by for shopping, very near by for eating because everything starts from there only very good for all the temples are also there only... Ganga Aarti #Ganga Ghat #Ganga snan #Ganga shopping #Ganga food every thing starts from there A good view from their hotel is again and added advantage in a subsidised price their washrooms and bedrooms are amazing to the prices they offer Breakfast and tea they get from nearby as they don't have inhouse kitchen Hospitality is also ok so not an issue

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of har ki pauri and the rooms services are fantastic

The best thing about this place is the location located just near the ganga maya river, at har ki pourie. The place is very old but maintained. As per the room charged from us 3500/- was too much for that room. Small size, suffocating, bathroom was ok ok,. Staff was helpful. But if you can stay a little bit far from har ki pourie than in 3500 we can get much better options.
