Extremely poor service. Hotel staff is very bad . Hotel owner was drunk and misbehave to us. He was asking for extra money. Terrible experience. My advice is to not come here.

One of the worst places I have been to, there's literally a rat inside a hotel and zero cleanliness. Staff is not helpful either. Don't stay even for free.
Worst hotel of all time please guys don't go there they all are fraud they tell you something on reception and once you booked room then they don't provide you basic services ....my personal experience is very very bad ... please don't ever think about going into this hotel .... And again extra tip for you guys is that whenever in you in haridwar or any place don't go with locals like e-rickshaw bala or any other mediator because when you go through that e-rickshewala then the hotel reception will tell you price 40 to 50% high which includes the commission of that guy
Its a good hotel but due to seasonal timing the fare was too high
