Hotel Ganges Rivera

Food was good but services were very poor, when requested bed T , they bluntly replied chef will come 8 am , after that T can be served, horrible in today's world. M aintenance of hotel was also poor, manager gives blunt reply, bathroom fittings were leaking, floors n walls in bad shape, above all their rates, I was shoked , Tea I remember 55, even bottle of water was too much. No point spending so much for such a poor quality.

Our stay in hotel for 3 days.Very good experience.Staff is very good, delicious food and snacks,rooms are spacious and clean,feel good.Amezing stay....

Located by the highway at a distance of 3 km from the Haridwar Railway station, this hotel offers air-conditioned deluxe rooms. The rooms are well spacious, with television, a closet, a refrigerator and a table chair set. Though there is no resturant in this hotel, till they offer food in room service. The food is overpriced but it was tasty. We checked into Room No 203, in which window AC wasn't working properly. There is no geyser. The hotel runs with solar panel. You will get hot water in the morning and better luck next morning at night. Lift not much spacious. There is no market nearby *For PNBians They offer 25% rebate on food. They will allow 2 persons per room.

We went to 4 other hotels in the area before coming here. This hotel is really good, the service from the staff is excellent and the rooms are actually clean and comfortable. Shower is a bit lacklustre but oh well. We were happy with our stay.

Location is not good,outside of city. specially no transport available outside of hotel.secodly rooms are not clean full of mosqitos .Thirdly no any facility of warm water.locks are broken of door.I cannot recommed to anyone of this hotel.if anyone come and stay ,dnt waste your money.

Mould ridden dingy rooms, greasy surfaces, everything here is dirty and disgusting. Every single thing about this place is a health violation. Stay away!

Not so much good taste in food

This place will be the recorded in my best memory, as on 12th Oct 2024, I celebrated my engagement ceremony at this location.
