The property is located on the river bank at a distance of about two kilometres from Har ki Pauri. The location is great and easily approachable by car. The hotel has a private ghat approachable through a flight of stairs downwards. The room was small but okay and the Bed linen seemed to be perused. May consider this property only for its location.

We stayed in Ganga exotica during our visit to Manasa Devi temple. We had a comfortable stay though the rooms very not very big, food was good and private ghat is the highlight. Its close to manasa devi temple other places to visit in Haridwar .It was pretty cold during December but the private ghat with a changing room made is very comfortable for ganga snaan . The staff and reception staff were very courteous and helpful .

I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to feel the intensity of Ganga Ji from morning till night--it's a must-stay. Please note, when booking, confirm whether your room has a Ganga view, as not all rooms offer this. Personally, if someone asks, I wouldn't mind compromising slightly on room quality or services, as the private ghat and rooms with Ganga views provide a unique blend of nature and spirituality, making the stay truly memorable.

I stayed there for 2 days...good location...they have a private Ghat with changing room you can take a bath in River Ganga on that...Food is excellent...Staff is humble polite quick and efficient...Value for money .
