Hotel Fortune Ganga

For me, hotel was overall 3 star. But, i have given one extra star as they allowed me 5 hours early check in w/o any cost plus didn't budge for immediate check out as I did after an hour or so. Need to better their taste of dishes+ plus room was gud ; however bedding +ac+ water supply seems off

I regret booking this hotel. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They ignored requests, had terrible attitudes, and made no effort to resolve issues. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The room was filthy, the bed sheets had stains, the bathroom smelled awful, and it was clear that proper housekeeping was not being done. Even the common areas were poorly maintained, with dirt and trash The hotel management had zero accountability. When I brought up concerns, they dismissed them as if they didn't care. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this hotel. It's a complete waste of money and a nightmare experience.

We appreciate the hotel management for helping us , they cooked special food on our request for our children , the hotel is located at centre of city , they also have a rooftop restaurant, guided by their chief amit and Rajeev they both were very helpful, food was little costly but on other hand it was tasty , rooms are big and also well cleaned , they have car parking in their basement. Perfect hotel under this budget

The management was very much good such as the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the convenience of the location, or the quality of the breakfast The room was immaculate and smelled fresh.". Stayed at this hotel on 14 Dec 24. Mr. tarun at reception is a very nice guy. He is very cooperative person. His behaviour was very exemplary. Hotel is very neat clean. Location is also very good. Well connected to all types of transport system. Amenities are good. Food served was very nice. It gives the feeling of home away from home.

we arrived late night and staff was very nice they helped out immediately , rooms are very clean , staff was very pleasant and they also allowed us late checm out without any charge , everything was pleasant

The hotel is very cleaned , well maintained , food is little costly but on other hand it was very tasty , staff is also very cooperative, recommended to all

Hotel location is amazing,hotel staff members are very supportive.they provided very delicious food and all essential products like tv, telephone.Very neat and clean bed rooms, bed sheets, pillow covers, curtain, washroom etc. Proper lightings.
