Hotel Blue Lagoon Haridwar

Horrible, Pathetic, Disaster. You are lucky if you have checked the recent Google reviews of this hotel. I haven't seen such worst pathetic hotel in my life. Nothing, not a single good thing is good about this hotel. Floors are dirty more than boys hostel. Bedsheets provided have burnt with cigarette and spots of Cum. Drinking glasses provided have fingerprints with curry, not even bothered to clean. And toilets better not to talk. You ll find boy's hostel toilets are even cleaner. Ladies will definitely get urine infection after using this hotel's toilets. No hot water. Nothing. Hope this review will save your day/night getting ruined.

Service is good clean rooms with hygienic food .. staff behaviour is so good .. You will reached easily there and market is near this hotels..

This hotel is not good 1000 rupees ac bolne ke baad ac nahi dete he Room is not clean bathroom not clean and service not good

Hotel is not good , services are extremely very bad.we ask for water refilling then the guy said there is no water in taps.THEN WE SAID HOW DO PROVIDE WATER TO GUEST THEN HE SAID THROUGH THIS TAP ONLY THEN WE COMPLAINT THEN HE WAS WENT TO GO REFIL THE BOTTLE THROUGH RO TAP.There is no bell boy or house keeping staff to take a luggage in or out.We check out 2 hrs late then the reception guy ask to pay 200 rs more for late check out charge.I WAS TRAVLING WITH INFANT AND SMALL KIDS THERE IS BIT NATUAL 1-2 LATE AND EVERY HOTEL PROVIDE IF IT IS AVAIABLE EVEN 2TO 5 STAR . I SAW ON SAME FLOOR ALL ROOMS ARE VACANT. I KNOW THESE THING BEC. I AM ON SAME TRADE Very bad

I have stayed in this hotel with my family for a weekend gateway and truely loved the service and specially staff behaviour... Room service is also nice and rooms are also neat and tidy and at approachable location

Check-in they demanded more money on the pretext of early checkin. Rooms were dirty, bathroom flush was dysfunctional, old bedsheets were give. Overall a very bad experience.
