Room : Clean and. Clear Washroom: absolutely clean clear , ab bhala bathroom me celing fan kon lagata hai. Hot and cold water facility super Service: Excellent. Hospitality: Excellent Even after check out our luggage was safe and sound. Really Great Experience. Thank You Very Much

DO NOT trust the Google reviews for this property. I booked two family rooms after reading great reviews about the service of staff and the property. Our stay was from 26 Nov- 28 Nov 2023. However from personal experience, it was a huge disappointment! Visiting from abroad after many years, I was short of new currency cash note (by 500 inr) and offered the only old 500 rupee note (this was all I had left in cash but knew it could be exchanged in bank). In response the receptionist (not sure if the name is correct but apparently called Ravindra Bhatt) started screaming at us. He was disrespectful, rude spoke like some gunda mawali threatening to call cops despite me offering to pay by card. I have never had such a bad experience in India and didn't expect this kind of hospitality in a hotel with this high rating. The other staff members were ok but this experience left a bad taste during our holy trip. Would not recommend.
