Haveli Hari Ganga, Haridwar

Wonderful stay in a historical palace on the shores of river Ganga. Our stay was particularly pleasent thanks to the help of the staff, who was very kind and prepared to help us in all circumstances. A special mention goes to Ajit, who welcomed and followed us during all our stay, and Upenderz who guided me across the city and its wonders.|Highly recommend.

Serene Place by the Ganges. Within 10 mins walk to Har ki Paudi and ropeway to Mansa Devi. |It's a self contained peace sanctuary. Right from morning havan, yoga, palm reading, evening tea by Ganges and Bhajan sandhya and personal ganga Aarti, there's enough to keep one sufficiently involved. |Not to forget the local delicacies they serve at their restaurants. No these are not the usual street food but lesser known home cooked style Garhwali cuisine

My mom and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. We booked it very last minute as our plans in Rishikesh were cancelled due to flooding. The food was amazing as we were served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service was great and met all of needs. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was amazing (shoutout to Sonu for keeping the rooms perfect). We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Hotel is good with breathtaking view. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is tasty. All staff are good like Pankaj, Aarti, Amit, Hardev Chef and Ravindra. We enjoyed our stay. Did activities like Bhajan, Aarti and havan.

It has been great experience. Hardev Chef put special live counter for our group. Thank you chef. Every person in hotel always takes intiative to make guests stay special. Ravindra ,pankaj, aarti, amit,sachin, ghanshyam were wonderful.

Amazing service! Huge thank you to Chef Lalit for making food according to our dietary restrictions. The food was amazing and authentic. The service staff had no qualms with suggesting food items as well. Rooms were very clean and well maintained for a 130+ year old building. They have done an amazing job of preserving the history of this hotel yet making sure to bring it into the modern era. In the center of the hotel is a small Mandir (temple shrine) where there was an aarti (morning and evening prayers) and bhajans (devotional songs). These were a great way to start the evenings and we could head straight to the aarti after high tea. Additionally the hotel has a private ghat where one can do ganga snan (bathe in the ganges). For the ganga aarti, one can stay at the private ghat (river bank) or you can go with the hotels pandit as he guides you to Hari Ki Paudi. I highly recommend going with the Panditji as you will have incredible darshan (view) of the aarti and you will do so in relative comfort. Huge thank you to the service staff, the housekeepers, receptionists, chefs, singers, tabla player, and panditjis for a truly remarkable experience!

Stayed with my family. It was a memorable stay for us. We did ganga snaan and aarti at hotel. The food was very good. Ravindra, pankaj , aarti, Amit, Sachin, hardev every was very accommodating. Staff is very good.

Top of the line experience. Fabulous location, good food, very clean and comfortable room, balcony overlooking the Ganges and much more. I wish I would have known what an exceptional experience I was going to have, because I would have planned my entire trip in this hotel. Thanks to Navneet and his team.
