Gobind Bhawan Heritage hotel

I stayed here a week ago. My very first interaction with the Hotel Manager was disappointing.I had booked a Triple bedroom for 3 Adults in this Hotel through Agoda for Rs 3100 approx for a night. I turned up there with my Family with a 9 year old child .The manager Known as Ram g Refused to give us entry into Triple room saying that we have 1 extra guest (a child) and we need to pay extra .I told him that we will sleep well onto Triple Beds and we don't require a bigger room.However , He didn't agree and kept insisting upon giving us room with 2 Double Beds by charging extra 800 Rs. I requested him to please cut off some extra charges or give us some discount. He apparently Refused. When we asked if he would provide us invoice/Bill for charging extra He simply replied No with arrogance and started arguing. This attitude just pissed me off and made me realise that he was not responsible and welcoming towards customer but was also not loyal towards the Business he is earning his livelihood from. Such dishonest people bring only bad experiences and spoil the Reputation of any organisation/ Business. I hope the Hotel owners take into consideration about his conduct and dishonesty to avoid bad reviews in Future in the good interests of customers and Business itself .

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for a lovely experience. I look forward to visiting again!

It's not a hotel, it's dharamshala, but with private rooms and great services, you tell to tempo aur e rickshaw wala they will take you over there but it is known with different names so confirm it, it's within walking distance from railway station, har ki pori and located within the market where hospitals, doctors, food everything is available, it's airy and in a good conditions, good for family, groups, solo..

Excellent front desk staff Humble and kind gives full service. If anything required just tell them will provide.||||Awesome food, ambience at City centre. Just walking distance to Harkipauri. ||||We enjoyed alot.||||100% recommended must visit hotel.

The Rooms are soo neat and clean and room services also wonderful... But main thing is that foods of this hotel is like 5star Hotel... Foods are too much expensive Steam rice-180/- Puri 4pcs-170/- Aalo Boil -180/- per plate. This hotel very good for stay but not good for dining......

Very great and comfortable budget friendly hotel . I was searching for a good hotel and found this hidden gem.Very good family friendly. Overall very great experience

Not sure why this place doesn't have high ratings. I found the room absolutely clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the rooms were pretty specious. TV worked and so did the cable. The location is also great! Walking distance from the railway station and bang in the middle of the market. The building itself is vintage but has been maintained really well.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is good.. will find all facilities nearby.. the place name at which the location is called bhawan Valmiki chowk.
