While the hotel is situated a little away from the main ghats, transportation is readily available. The presence of the Pentagon Mall nearby is an added advantage for shopping and entertainment. Overall, my stay at the Gardenia Hotel was a pleasant and valuable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Haridwar seeking comfort and quality service.

I recently attended an event at gardenia hotel spa and resort and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a warm, welcoming ambiance All experience was good and mostly the dj songs and engagement is very nice. Food and snacks quality is up to the mark. I would like to recommend everyone to must visit there for your future gathering and make your special moments more special with gardenia

I stayed here for two nights few years back.|It's far from main attraction ie Har ki pedi. It's basically fit for stay when you have work in Industrial area.||Rooms are spacious but not great.|Restaurant provide decent breakfast and buffet dinner.|Not very lavish but whatever they provide found to be of good in taste. |Overall ,considerable if you are on business trip. A mall is also located adjacent to hotel.|Pl avoid if you are on family trip for Ganga Snaan ,Har ki pedi and Rishikesh

As part of an official visit to SIDCUL, the company has booked the rooms in the Gardenia Hotel Spa & Resort. Overall, it is an average experience. The gym and its equipment were collecting dust; we had to clean it before using it.

The room's design are old but spacious. One more thing the lunch and breakfast menu is limited. Should be improved

ok ok. food was satisfactory, idky their noodles, fried rice and Manchurian had less salt and spice.

I booked the venue for my daughter's wedding but was afraid about the food. We stayed there for 4 days and we were served food better than home. The staff was very homely and cooperative. Their services and anugrh "sir please aur lijiye" was beyond expectations. The services provided by them on the 12th hour was really surprising. They are just like "alaadiin kaa ciraag" ... you just wish and they will provide. No words can explain their hospitality. And special thanks to Manish Badola and his staff. If you are planning marriage function near haridwar you should definitely go for this. And I promise you will be thankful to me.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with modern decor and great amenities. Service is very excellent
