FabHotel The Orient - Hotel in Bahadarabad, Haridwar

We are facing lot of problems i.e no room service, there are no any kit like , saving kit, dental kit @ shampoo etc. Wash room very dirty and also plumbing issue in washroom. Lot of smells are coming from room. I am totally surprised with Fab hotel. You are not maintenaning your standards. I am not sure what is happening running in branded FAB HOTELS. Also in breakfast only one thing is available, only paratha. THERE ARE NOT AVAILABLE STAFF AS PER REQUIREMENT AND ALSO HELP TO NOTE THAT MOST IMPORTANT THING BEHAVIOR WAS VERY BAD. I thought it is my last staying in FAB HOTEL. Regards

Totally they are unprofessional also they have not manner how to talk with the clients we had booked a room they charged 1500 just for 02 hour for our fresh up that's fine but in the whole 02 hours there is no electricity in room we are sweating badly in room when I asked the. That I will pay only 1000 not 500 I will pay because I had faced the issues there then they are started argument they are totally unprofessional I will never recommend to anyone don't boom this property anymore otherwise you will face many issues there they want just money not giving any services.

Very piece full place, rooms are very neat and clean , above of my expectations

The service was not good and fast , toilets were also not clean and food was disgusting and the behaviour of the manager was very rude

Bathrooms are not clean. Room are not spacious.

And spa services is all best
