Udman Haridwar by Ferns N Petals

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the udman hotel Haridwar , and i must say, it was an unforgettable experience! from the moment i stepped into the hotel, i was treated to amazing hospitality that exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.The udman hotel Haridwar truly embodies the spirit of Indian hospitality, and i would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Haridwar.

Awesome and beautiful hotel. The location is very close to Har ki paudi. All the staff members are very cooperative and well trained. The food is very very tasty and a variety of options are available for kids also. The rooms are very spacious and hygiene is up to the mark.

The overall arrangements including staff in the hotel were impressive and all the quality of food and amenities were far too good. The front office team and Mr. Bhatt were cooperative and supportive. The children also enjoyed here stay in the hotel. The parking arrangements were also in order.

1. Room allotted to us was not good. Single window in the room had cobwebs (see photo), one wall had water seepage stains with plaster off in few places. 2. Faulty bathroom design. Commode is placed in an enclosed space with insufficient space to move. 3. Equipment not working. Replaced on request. 4. Dental kit and face towel provided on request 5. Service was ok. Location is good with eateries nearby with easy access to the main road.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. While I appreciated the quality of the breakfast and found the reception area to be well maintained, I was somewhat disappointed with my room. Unfortunately, it had a noticeable smell, and the washroom cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

Comfortable stay and very near to HAR-KI-POURI. We had a nice time. You will get auto to reach the ghat. This hotel is just besides the fly-over and adjacent to highway. Has lift facility and car-parking facility inside. Very ambient with helpful staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a quiet and peaceful ambiance, which I appreciated. The interior design is decent, but there are areas that could use improvement. While the washrooms were generally clean, I noticed some minor uncleanliness that was frustrating, and the side lamps and other surfaces were dusty. Additionally, the kettle in my room was not functioning properly. I found the price to be on the higher side, especially considering these cleanliness and maintenance issues; upon entering the hotel, I felt a bit suffocated by the atmosphere. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and supportive, and the breakfast offered was quite good. Overall, while this hotel has potential with its serene environment and helpful staff, it needs better attention to cleanliness and amenities. It may be suitable for a short stay, but I recommend considering these factors before booking for longer periods.
