We had stayed three for 3 days.Hotel staff was very supportive. Food served at hotel restaurant was delicious and light (homely). They had even provided extra bedding without any extra cost.Overall, we enjoyed our stay over there.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food was extremely bad - it lacked taste. Moreover, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I expected basic facilities to be in place, but sadly, this was not the case. I hope the management takes these issues seriously.

I would like to give an exceptional rating for the hotel and the service provided. My Parents stayed here for 1 night through a customized tour booking and the experience was bestttt! Highly recommended and a must stay experience from neat and clean spacious rooms to the food served! My mother has told me specially to write an excellent review for the hotel, that is much she is impressed!

This is one of the best hotels in Haridwar. The staff members are very humble and provide excellent service. I recommend this hotel for families looking for a great place to stay with tasty and hygienic food. The location is also peaceful and ideal.

Over all Nice hotel... its near shantikunj... Rooms are nice and big as per the price range... staff is quite helpful... u get the option for late check out also... Food is Decent and hygenic.... Kitchen staff is really good. Bathrooms were clean but need some maintenance...
