Servicing and stay are comfortable in very affordable price range. The rooms are also very nice for stay to couple and family in mid range between haridwar and Rishikesh. People may plan it stay to cover both haridwar and Rishikesh.

The behaviour of the staff is very inappropriate and rude. And the rooms of this hotel are in very poor condition the image appeared online and the real room is so much different. Thankyou

It's pathetic, one of the worst hotel I have ever been. Initially the room given had a broken water tap, so we changed the room. Then in the next allotted room the commode flush was even broken and the AC water is leaking on the floor. Me with my old parents got so harrassed. After complaining multiple times they changed our hotel but that was little better than this which is also under same Sitara Group. Please don't believe the good reviews it their people only. They keep on changing the hotel name from Prayag Inn to Olive etc. also location is not at all good, far away from Har ki pauri ghat. beleive me you will get much better hotel if you are willing to spent more than 2000 per day. Also I booked it from booking.com, they charged 5074 for 2 days and took 1000 in advance. Later on the day of arrival it's even less than 2000 Rs. So it's a scam. Please be aware before booking.

First of all, the hotel is not called Prayag Inn; it's Hotel Olive, likely renamed to evade taxes. Listed as a 3-star hotel on Booking.com, it turned out to be a slightly better version of a lodge. We booked our room through Booking.com with the option to pay at the hotel, but within 15 minutes, the hotel demanded a 20% advance to confirm the booking. The remaining 80% had to be paid at check-in, not checkout. Payments were accepted only through cash or UPI, directed to an individual's account, not the hotel's, hinting at tax evasion. Hotel Olive has 26 rooms, but only three rooms (101, 201, and 301) are spacious as shown on the booking site; the rest are very small, barely fitting a bed. Initially, we were allotted a small room, but after intervention from the owner, we were given the larger room we had originally booked, which, though bigger, was still stinking. The room amenities were minimal, with only one bottle of water provided regardless of the number of guests. Additional bottles were overpriced at 30 each, 10 above MRP. Although a kettle was available, there was no tea kit, and the restaurant opened only after 7 AM, requiring early risers to go out for tea. Despite paying the advance, the hotel failed to confirm our booking with Booking.com, resulting in an official cancellation and loss of our cashback. At checkout at 7 AM, the receptionist claimed he couldn't provide a bill on the spot and would forward it via WhatsApp later, which never happened. After two days of persistent follow-up, we finally received a manual bill. Beware of misleading reviews on booking platforms; they appear to be paid and fraudulent. Hotel Olive, operating under multiple names, offers horrible, stinky rooms and terrible service. The rooms were dirty, with stinky bedding, no water, tea bags, milk, sugar sachets, toiletries, or towels. The apathetic, unprofessional staff showed no hospitality, pressuring us to pay in advance and then providing substandard rooms upon arrival. We booked Hotel Prayag Inn, but it turned out there is no such hotel--it's now Hotel Olive, operating under three to four different names.

Good customer service and good quality rooms. I booked through booking.com and it was a seamless process. Not far from the centre of Hardiwar. The food from the hotel was also very good. Thank you

The budgeted rooms. Liked the room with 1k per night cost. However, the service should be improved. There is trip of power each time geyser is on. The wall paints on corridor needs work. The restaurant at ground floor is closed. Room has tv and ac. The toilet faucets need attention as there is water spillage from the jets.

One of the best hotel I ever visited in my life with low budget.

Rooms are clean and spacious. It is 4 km far from the har ki paudi. You can get the room between 900-1100 easily. One feedback: they are not serving food after 9 pm at night which was quite negative but overall it is good hotel.
