Hotel Shivaay and Restaurant

Location of this hotel is near station....bt not worth it...the rooms were dirty n service was very bad....i had stayed here for 2 days n asked for a tea on d mrng the guy said he won't make it bcoz I'm d only one asking for it even when they hav in house resturant..even when I asked for water they charged for it...no water in d room...very rude staff

It might look good from outside but all was not well during my stay. I expect when I check in at a decent hotel, towel-toiletries, and other items should be there which make my stay comfortable. After check-in, I had to go to reception multiple times for basic stuff...linen was not clean... When asked for a towel, they did provide 1 towel for 3 people.... Reason- cause it was not dry.. #faceplam there was some sort of bad smell in the room and don't let me start with the bathroom. I have attached pictures- the bucket & mug- are damn dirty. sulabh sauchalay mug could be cleaner I assume... Also, the geyser is there but you have to let the owner know in advance that you are going to use this so that he can switch it on. Lift is there though, unlike many hotels. It also has an In-house restaurant and it was good

The customer service in Shivaaay hotel is very bad. It looked like they were not ready to receive us. We had to wait for towels for hrs. There was no toiletries. And now we're waiting for breakfast. We were supposed to leave at 8. We had to wait 1.5 hrs to be served breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again or suggest anyone to stay here.

They need to improve cleanliness and hygeine

stayed in this hotel with family, hotel service and food is very good. But the hotel is a bit near from "Har Ki Pauri" Ghat

We booked room no. 107 on 14-15 Aug...there was lack of maintenance....AC was not working and staff told "We cannot do anything for this?" ...Mirror was broken.. tap was broken.....water logging in parking area..pilow covers were torn...restaurant area was dirty...stain mark on bed sheet...i will not recommend this hotel to any of my known person !!

Best hotel, in dudhhari circle Haridwar. Continental breakfast lunch and dinner are So good. And hospitality services also best compare to other hotels. The hotel having restaurant and rooms facilities. Totally one of the best hotel .
