This hotel is very good, you people must visit it once and its location is also very good, you people always search for good things, so let me tell you about a good thing, this is a very good place and its facilities are also very good

Good location situated on highway Good rooms but need to maintain require to improve service a.c. and tv should maintain no person had provide water till 2 hours.

The location was average, as there was no specific entry. There was no parking facility provided. The only positive aspect was the room itself. We may state that this was the worst service ever because there were no room towels provided. Water was not given in the room. There is no hot water facility at all. The receptionist wasn't answering. The breakfast menu was restricted, requiring several requests for certain dishes. Everyone was waiting in the dining area since there was no air conditioning or fans. Overall, it was the worst experience in Haridwar, and the management team should improve it because it is a religious destination.The location was average, as there was no specific entry.

The worst property I have ever been to pathetic staff pathetic hotel pathetic ambiance I mean no ambience at all and they knows well how to fool customers. I have been a victim I warn everyone not to book this property at all. Paid for deluxe but got a room with minimum space. One can barely breathe in.

Worst hotel no basic service provided they don't have water bottle towel etc food is worst in taste and they give cold food by heating it serval times furniture is worst or in weak condition they give rooms to alcoholic person which is danger for our family in room insects and bittles are roaming ..

We visited Rio grand hotel horrible experience. Walls of the rooms were too dirty someone spitted on it. Food was so so horrible and tasteless. One jain family was also there with us. They fooled us by giving us also jain food as the jain family was huge 15 people were there. In breakfast idli sambar was so horrible.Sambar was the combination of dal and water. Bread was raw not toasted properly at all.Worst experience. I suggest not to visit this hotel. There was no sugar in tea and coffee also.Highly not recommended. I also suggested the manager to close this hotel.

I will give zero rating to this property. I hv booked this hotel via their helpline numbers. Once i hv reached hotel they said i will give you check in at 1 PM only not before that. There don't operate kitchen in lunch not even for one year old baby. They dont serve basic khichdi or banan for 1 year old baby. There was lot of bugs in the room even on the bed also but they don't bother.
