**Terrible Experience - Please Avoid** I had the WORST experience at Hotel Ganges Blossom by SITARA GROUP. Don't get fooled by the paid-looking Google reviews like we did. First off, they falsely claimed the hotel is near the ghat and within walking distance - completely misleading. The place was dirty, cockroaches were visible, and the restaurant looked extremely unhygienic and unclean. The staff was highly unprofessional - they were speaking loudly, complaining about having too much work, and showed no sense of customer service. They didn't even want to provide a bill after payment, which felt very shady. The washroom basins had no water, and when we asked for basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or even a comb, they refused to provide them. For the amount they charged, the experience was absolutely not worth it. If you're planning to stay here based on online reviews, please be cautious. It was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. God bless anyone who chooses to stay here.

One of the best hotel. They hv cancelled our booking by mistake but compensated us with another room after our arrival. Hotel manager Aman was extremely helpful and humble. Easy to deal with, Pleased with his service. Will surely come back again to this hotel. Rooms are as per the pic. Rest assured. Clean and beautiful new suites. Only thing hotel is away (10km) from Haridwar ganges river and aarthi. Auto rickshaw is available anytime. Rs30 one way for per person charges for a group of 5 to 6.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. Hotel Ganges Blossom - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give this hotel less than 1 star, I absolutely would! Staying here was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. The management is completely unprofessional, and the service is beyond terrible. Here's why you should NEVER book this hotel: * No food was available despite prior assurances. * They provided fake Bisleri water, which is not just unethical but a serious health hazard. * My room lock was broken, putting my security at risk. * Bathroom drainage was clogged, making it impossible to use properly. * No tea packets were provided, and every time we asked, they either said, "We are arranging it," or simply, "We don't have it." This hotel is a complete disaster. It was a nightmare staying here, and I strongly urge everyone reading this to book a different property. Do not waste your money, time, or sanity on this place!

Worst ever experience. Over priced with absolutely NO service . This hotel deserves less than 1 star , but sadly I don't have the option .|I had booked 3 rooms with complementary breakfast . We reached around 5 pm (check in was 1pm) but the room has me no basic things like toiletries, dental kit, tissue, towel , nothing . We called each time and they were providing one one item.|The restaurant was closed , there was no option for tea , dinner anything. Paid breakfast only gets you puri bhaji / paratha & poha with tea. Rest everything was chargeable (that's funny). Why do they charge so high amount for this 2 dishes.|All the reviews seems to be fake. If people are referring the reviews and booking the hotel , then please don't waste time.|They don't have a printer in the reception for the bill . I spent 2hrs just for a bill to be received .

Room is awesome Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super cozy, and the view was amazing. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a perfect experience--highly recommended!"

It is a big scam. The room was filthy and beyond any hygiene standards. I doubt that the surfaces have ever been wiped clean, the pillows under very thin pillow cases were mouldy, the one towel provided in the room looked like a floor mop, the bathroom had hairs all over the floor.|We checked in and were asked to pay, then when we saw the state of the room we asked for another one - same thing, then we said we cannot stay and wanted our money back we were told they cannot refund us (we paid for two nights). After we left the property wisely cancelled the booking on Booking.com so we cannot leave a review there. So far there are three reviews there giving the property rating of 10 (I doubt they are genuine after seeing the reviews on google).|The location is remote and getting a taxi/tuk-tuk is challenging. We had to wait for an hour to get out. (Hotel California - you can check in whenever you like but you can never leave!).|There is no view from the rooms but that is something one can live with.
