Hotel Divine Residency

Location is good but rooms and washrooms are smelly. Reception and room service was below par. Choose this hotel only if you need a place to stay for the night. But if you are looking for a comfy stay for an extended period of time with good food and decent amenities , opt for something else.

Very disappointing experience. Very poor service. Rooms are not clean. Bed lenin had to be replaced post checking in. Curtains are dirty and stained. Dusting of the room not done Staff seem to think guests are stupid since they are trying to pass off non recharged tata sky as no signal..

I suggest you that never come in this hotel the breakfast and dinner is very bad every things is raw not cooked properly Also the hotel service is not good and very rood staff

The hotel is located in a narrow alley, small rooms compare to triple occupancy... the window was next to garbage duct and the awful smell was coming into the room. the room lock handle was broken and we could not open the room f. when complaint about repairing the handle the hotel guy said.. not possible to do.. his tone was like.. Nahi ho sakta... the reception manager was very rude when we requested him to try pack our breakfast as we wanted to leave early by 15 min... After complaining the manager came back and ask for how many people the pack brkfast is needed.. The staff is not well groomed, no manners, eating space is so small that if group of 10 people come together no one can seat peacefully.. bad experience

I would like to give 3 or else it is 5. The only reason is that services it bit slow in terms of food. The location is good. The rooms were very clean and tidy Parking facility was available. The food is very delicious There's one staff (Jitendra chahuhan) he is a cook. He makes a delicious food.

Nice hotel to stay, rooms are small. Dining space is too congested. Food is ok.
