*Hotel Blue Pine, Haridwar - A Heavenly Abode!* Rating: 10/10 I recently had the privilege of staying at Hotel Blue Pine in Haridwar, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! *Stay: 10/10* The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, modern amenities. *Staff: 10/10* The staff were exceptional! Mr. Saurabh Ganguly Friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The ambience of the rooms were very best at this price range with all facilities available got a good customer support which lead me to stay more comfortably in my room

Upon entry we were danced around two floors with an elderly grandma, switching rooms three times; dirty and oily sheets, hairy bathroom, no toilet paper, extremely unorganised and an uncomfortable male based hotel that seems to be very hostile towards everybody who likes anything vaguely clean. Very late dinner times and a pungent mouldy smell- all facilities are dire and not worth even peanuts. The worst hotel to stay in- if that is you don't like bad things. Even after we told them to clean our room (twice), I still had to clean our toilet myself- not good at all.

Very dirty sheets, pillows are disgusting. Had to change rooms 3 times. Room had to cleaned. Had to ask staff for towels numerous times. Food times are set. Very little flexibility. Rooms are spacious and very cold.

Reception not understandable and low english. Large room as on picture, but really dirty sheets (we used our own liners...) really low water pressure, toilet doesn't work, bathroom dirty- seems hadn't been cleaned at all...dirty dishes in the corridor when we arrived, still there at departure...worst hotel we've been in India

Loved the hotel. They provided us with best facilities and the staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel. Big spacious room. Location is pretty close to highway, has temple just outside the hotel and approaching lane is good. Food quality is very good. We stayed here during the start of our char dham yatra and we had a pleasant stay.
