Hotel Bhaj Govindam

Hotel location is good. All the staff was good specially frontline manager Mr AKHILESH ji was very nice person. He helped us and guided as we requested. Room was neat and clean. Separate/private ghat is available for spending time with family and friends. You will find a different type of hotel having garden, car parking facilities, good staff, having temple, appropriate location at reasonable rates. Har ki pouri is also nearby and anyone can go by walk. Food was also so cheap.We personally enjoyed here.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. We paid 6000 for one night expecting at least basic comfort, but the experience was worse than a budget 600 room. Here are the main issues we faced: Wi-Fi was not working at all during our stay, despite multiple complaints. The room was full of mosquitoes, and you couldn't even provide a simple mosquito repellent or killer. Plates and cups were dirty, making it unhygienic to eat or drink anything. Bedsheets were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Basic services were missing, and the staff seemed careless and unhelpful. For the amount we paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable. It felt like all your focus is on getting paid reviews instead of providing real quality service. Guests deserve better, especially when they are paying a premium price.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for several reasons. Firstly, the room was not cleaned properly. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping never showed up, and basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were not maintained. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Secondly, the food service was very poor. The quality was subpar, and the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive.plates cups are very dirty. What's more disappointing is that the hotel seems focused only on soliciting paid or incentivized reviews instead of genuinely improving service. This gives a false impression and does a disservice to future guests. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience. I will be considering other options for my next visit.

Hotel location is good. Softspoken owner...All the staff was good & hardworking specially frontline manager Mr AKHILESH ji was very nice person. He helped us a lot in providing all the information about Haridwar and in the matter of hotel servicing. Room was neat and clean. Had a serene and peaceful stay at Hotel Bhag Govindam Haridwar! The hotel's personal parking facility was a huge plus. Its tranquil location near the banks of the Ganga River offered a calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Special thanks to Manager Yogesh ji (Yogii) for being exceptionally friendly and providing top-notch services. He went out of his way to assist with sightseeing arrangements, making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway!

The location is good.. but the room is too expensive. Rooms are dirty, unhygienic and not clean. The prices are too high for the kind of rooms they offer. But, location is in the market and car parking is available and private ghat. BUT ROOOMS ARE NOT GOOD. Dirty Rooms, Dirty Bedsheet. I think they don't change the bedsheets after use.

The main plus point of this property is its location. Located near har ki pauri at a walkable distance. Has its own private ghat where arti is done in the evening. Rooms are OK as it is a very old property. Some renovation work is required. No lift, no railing in the stairs so it is difficult for old age people to go upstairs. Now the worst part which we experienced. 1. We ordered evening snacks as we reached there in the evening. The snacks were brought in a tray which was horribly dirty and the tea kettle was even more dirty from outside. The aloo paratha were "kirkire". 2. We had booked a triple bedroom with an additional matress which was on paid basis. Even after calling the reception 3 times, the matress was not installed. The matress on the bed was really old and hard. 3. Room service was very slow. 4. I personally felt that the staff attitude is casual. I mentioned all the above points during checkout but got a really cold response as if they do not want to improve. I booked this property even after checking the reviews. Especially called the hotel well before arrival instructing them to keep everything OK on arrival but still didn't met our expectations. Would probably not book this hotel again.
