Beware!! This hotel is a complete fraud! Avoid falling for their scam. We initially negotiated for two rooms at 2400 rupees, but they ultimately provided two rooms for 1600 rupees. In the morning, we entrusted the keys to the housekeeping for room cleaning while we went to Har ki Pauri. Upon our return, they claimed we hadn't provided keys and demanded 400 rupees for a new lock. The receptionist behaved rudely, even mistreating other guests. Avoid this establishment at all costs; it is the worst hotel in Haridwar.
