Hotel A K Residency

Rooms and other things were good. Had to ask to change the bedsheets n pillow covers which they did immediately. what made the difference was the manager/owner's (Navdeep Thapa) customer oriented behavior. He is a nice gentleman and very helpful. We had a very late journey and he ensured to help by allowing us to stay n also asked for food to pack for the journey. |5 star for him

Amazing location, very hygienic and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled with my sister and friend and lots of luggage and this was one of the nicest places we stayed in Uttarakhand so far.

Rooms are average, at a time only AC or Water geyser are working. Also room cleanness is also not good. Rooms are not so clean, cockroaches and ants are moving around the room, 2-3 times the room service boy was coming for cleaning.

THE HOTEL IS NO DOUBT VERY GREAT!! Great staffs, well maintained and decorated.. Tv, ac, geyser everything is working perfectly... You'll get complimentary hygiene kit with water bottles, free wifi and etc.. only con is, It's quite far from haridwar station.. almost like 13 kms... But if you don't have a problem with the fact then please do check out this hotel it's a BOP!!

Nice hotel with good rooms, I stayed in Single Bed room which is good one, all things were perfectly fine and staff is good and helpful. The location is also very good with spacious parking.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable Good and supportive hotel staffs All the main places of haridwar are very near just 20/- per person for shared auto. Also rishikesh from this place is very near you can easily go via shared auto. Will always prefer to stay here for every haridwar and rishikesh visits

The place is a must for all the people travelling to Haridwar-Rishikesh. The hotel is a very well maintained in a perfect location. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. The best part is that the owner is very helpful towards customers as he is well connected to all of them through phone and Whatsaap. If you have plans travelling to Haridwar or Rishikesh please do consider this place by contacting the owner directly.

Wonderful experience, food ordered was fresh and extremely flavorful, service is great and on time at reasonable costs. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
