We booked the hotel due to its proximity to Shantikunj and it's a 5 min walk to gate no. 5 of Shantikunj. We had a very pleasant experience even while booking the room on phone. Prompt confirmation and very responsive on WhatsApp. Madhav at the reception is the ideal go to person. We got a room on the third floor looking over the highway but it's very quiet in the night and room is very well insulated. Clean, firm beds, good linen in bathroom and service was superb. We ate in the restaurant downstairs every day as the food was excellent and portions were large. The entire team is dedicated and well trained. The owner has planted some beautiful plants at the entrance . There are some minor plumbing issues which were addressed promptly. Overall it's a great property to stay in, Har ki Paudi is 10 min ride away and we went to Rishikesh also. Airport is an hour away. Best value for money.

High shop dull dish. We have scheduled the satsang for five days from 9-13 August 2024. The condition of AC in the hotel is very bad. 200 people are suffering from heat in the hall since last four days. No hearing even after repeated complaints. The only reply received from the employees for the last four days is that they are doing fine. Today even the hotel lift remained out of order for a long time. Very sad

Nicely maintained good service excellence staff and very good food. Cooperation of all is very nice and location is comfortable for chardham yatra . We stayed while going to chardham and coming back. Cook is very nice we like food and tea . We hope all will enjoy. Thanks.

Warm environment with all the stuffs one needed for luxurious stay.Food is excellent..all is fresh and hygienic for kids too.service is good. Staff members are very supportive . Washrooms are clean and hygienic .overall best place to stay nearby Harki puri.

We booked the entire hotel for 4 days from 9 to 12 August 2024. no electric kettles to get hot water, tea served in very dirty kettles basement AC never worked whereas we used the basement for entire four days. No cutlery or tea making material in the room.
