Firstly, the proximity of the hotel to the Ganga river and the Aarathi place is really helpful. The rooms were super clean. The hygienic rooms were extra comfortable in providing us a blissful stay. Their immense hospitality was really helpful in reaching out to whatever required. Our needs were taken care of with explicit interest and kindness. Overall, it was a really good experience!! We had visited this place last year in December. The rooms were quite clean. Hotel Staff is also helpful. They have inhouse restaurant which serves good food. But it's little far from the Haridwar station. But the surrounding is calm and quiet. There is also a beautiful Jain temple just adjacent to this hotel. Over all a nice and safe place to stay.

After attending the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, we stayed at Brinjal, which was very close by. Outstanding service and incredibly kind staff! Thanks to S.R. Arora, Every interaction was warm and welcoming, making my stay feel truly special. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had--highly recommended!

I stayed in this hotel for 4days with my family, it was a great experience. Very good location, transport facilities are always available, very good behaviour by the staffs, Mr. S. R. Arora ji treated us just like his family, the food is also very good, one can find North Indian cuisine as well as Chinese food items. Rooms are very spacious. Overall experience was very good with peaceful and calm environment.
