OYO Mehfil Hotel

Hotel staff doesn't know how to behave and when we asked for washroom they said to use outside smelly, unhygienic washroom and also asked for extra money... All the bad reviews are true, if you are going with friends and family avoid such places. Rooms were very smelly and AC wasn't working properly and washroom was just so stinky that one can't even stay in room. Hotel owner need to learn some basic manners of greetings to visitors, he is so pathetic that he does personal comments and very rude to customers like they are staying for free, its just not limited to customers he is rude to his staff and his own son humiliating them in front of customers. Money can be earned but you will not earn any customers trust, so it's better to avoid such hotels.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found my room to be dirty and poorly maintained, with dust and grime evident throughout. The room also had a pervasive, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation, which exacerbated the already stifling atmosphere.||To top it all off, breakfast was advertised as being included with the stay, but when I went down to eat, I was informed that the cook wouldn't be available until after 11:00 AM. This is highly inconvenient for guests who need to start their day early.||Furthermore, do not be fooled by the photos and amenities listed online. Basic necessities like towels, a dental kit, and hand wash were not provided in the room. The lack of these essentials made the stay even more uncomfortable and inconvenient.||Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. My stay was marred by poor cleanliness, unpleasant smells, a lack of basic amenities, and misleading advertisements. Look elsewhere for a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Room provided opposite to what I booked. I had pathetic experience with this OYO property. I booked a standard room but on arrival, they provided a room on the top of building full of dust, small in size, broken wall, shared bathroom outside the room, toilet was stinking with littered things around. This was not supposed to be given as per booking. So when we asked to change the room, after 3hrs they provided a room used by other guest. On questioning that the room is not cleaned, they just said that you need to use it for 1hrs only. That was mid-night check-in around 4:30am and they said room is not available what you booked even after booking. Also asked for full amount before showing up the actual room. Worst experience with this property along with caretaker. This OYO property is a big NO for anyone booking and should not be booked or removed from OYO and other platform. I also spoke to OYO representative to change the property booking but they denied saying that NO other property is available. I was left with nothing but advance payment made earlier to this property. One more thing, caretaker asked for tip/money when I checked-out and followed 50 meter to get. Avoid booking in this OYO property and save your money for better one. Note: You'll see owner is replying on the review and apologising to attract booking but don't fall for it. He never take corrective action but always apologise. Rating on OYO or other platforms you see is fake based on my experience.

Wash room was very small. The lid / cover of the wash room was not holding still and used to fall on back.extremely irritating. Haridwar was crowded so had to stay here. The ventilation of washroom passes through bedroom so it stinks. Very poor ly designed room no 104.especially wont suggest it for senior citizens as staircase are big and small eneven difficult to climb no lifts. In case of emergency you can go for it otherwise.look for other options.there are many hotels near station and Ghat

The worst ever hotel I have visited in my life. The hotel manager is very unprofessional and greedy. We booked 3 hotels for total 6 guests for a day through OYO. On arrival, the manager refused to provide rooms and said the booking is made at lower rate and the current rates are on very higher side. Even OYO team was not supportive. We had to call police and on their intervention he provided us 1 room with 2 double beds and that too on 3rd floor without lift. Also, the manager is very wicked that he kept a watch over camera and any moment if door is kept opened he used to disconnect AC power. I don't even want to rate as 1 star to this hotel. The staff here is too greedy and Manager unethical and unprofessional. Never ever book this hotel.

If you want to take a room, then first ask for how long can you run the air conditioner. Because the hotel management switches off the AC again and again. This location is of no use for Haridwar travelers. It would be better if you stay in Haridwar Main only, there Better facilities are available, everyone is very professional.

Dont go to this hotel book anything other than this . Zero marks out of 10. It was worst experience i have ever faced , property owner are so smart in playing mind games and throw you in some useless rooms without washroom and push u to use common washroom just because u got good deal online . I booked on good deal later they charged extra to give me same room i booked in less money . Never suggest to book any rooms in this property .,,, worst experience i have evr had . Guards treat the guest like very bad behaviour....

Very poor quality property, very arrogant Staff, the always misbehave with their clients, rooms are very smelly, dirty washroom. Never suggest to book this property its purely wastage of money.
