Hotel Shaurya

Detailed experience because I stayed there for 3 days and 3 nights 1. I booked a AC room in this property but the AC doesn't worked according to my will because there are window AC's and there is no remote control as well as no manual control... I need to wake up many times in night to directly switch off the AC and after few hours when I felt suffocation I again need to wake up to turn it on. 2. Room service facility is very good and all the staff member are humble and polite 3. When I asked for the drinking water( not packed bottle) but the water from their water cooler, they always send water in used plastic bottles by others...which is very unhygienic.. Since their water cooler is never visible to us in the property...we always asked for water and they send water in used water bottles.... They must use glass jugs instead 4. No lift facility for rooms on 3rd and 4th floor Very uncomfortable for aged people as their check in counter is on the second floor.. Few shortcomings were there but overall it was not so bad stay for me..rather I say it was okay according to price ( 1500/ per night stay)

Room is clean.service very good.24 hrs service.hotel staff behaviour is very good.

Staff n Owner behaviour so nice n location is unique place.. Everyone facilities like so as transport market n food court available nearby hotel...

The owner is a very rude and nasty man. I thought he was the receptionist but he claimed to be the owner. I had made the payment online and went to the hotel this morning. He began to yell at me. I showed him the receipt of the online payment and confirmation too. But he began talking to me very rudely. So I forgot about the 650 RS and rented from another hotel. I am very very upset and I will report him.

The hotel is very good. The hotel is at the market area as well as walking distance from the Ganga Ghat. 24 hrs public transportation is available. Property is well maintained. Helpful staff. Good hospitality. The owner itself is keen intersted in meeting the guests n fulfill all requirements needed. Room service is good.

Hotel is good.Room is somewhat less spacious but good neat and clean rooms.Hotel has spotless bed linen but they provide blanket to sleep.Ac worked perfectly great.Bathroom was also neat and clean.||Hotel should provide white quilts instead of blankets then their standards will be high.Also the local transportation to ganga ghat is easily available 24*7.

I visited this hotel 2 weeks ago and I have to say it is one of the best hotels u can get in haridwar..rooms were very clean and affordable..staff members were very friendly and were available any time we needed..all the local attractions are very near from this hotel..
