Hotel Madhuban

We Stayed from 19 to 22 April 2025.Hotel stay was very bad. Employees were good polite and respectful but Rooms had lots of mosquitos and cockroaches. Flush was not working properly.breakfast charges were included but they will provide you breakfast after 8.30 Am. Some times it's not buffet will have to order also. It was not worth for money. When I asked to reduce some money then they deny to do that. Poor employees were working hard to keep guest happy but just because of all the facilities were in bad condition they were fail to do that.

Very poor service. Rude staff. Pathetic Food. Location too noisy. Traffic noise comes towards room through window. Hot water problem. Don't choose breakfast for room booking because they don't have much variety in breakfast.

Poor room cleaning. Things are not working properly. Bed dirty and not big enough sheets to cover all bed. Food is good. Internet not working.

I was here on 4 of October 2024 with my family. Hotel is good well maintained but some small cockroaches are found which is the only complaint here, rest of the service, food, ambience all good. If they just take some precautions of that complaint I think it would be still better.

Ac did not work the whole night in room no 211 . Night time manager was not very friendly . Simply put hotel is good for family if things do not work you are on your own and do not expect empathy from the staff . They are just there to draw salaries . They dont appear to be someone from hospitality business . But i must say hotel is safe for family and you will have a comfortable stay if the ac is working properly

Staffs are very rude, Bathroom are having insects and not proper buildup, even ground floor Toilets near dining hall are also not cleaned having low lights. Rooms is quite good. We are not suggest to stay over here with family.

Room was spacious and clean.Little old property but we'll maintained.AC was not working properly other than that everything was great.Good price.

Have attended marriage of my cousin, it was a great experience.
