"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Holy Basil in Haridwar for a friend's engagement ceremony, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the venue, which made traveling easy. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. What truly stood out, however, was the staff - they were polite, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. Although I didn't get a chance to try their food, the overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend Hotel Holy Basil to anyone visiting Haridwar. Its perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality makes it an excellent choice for travellers."

The bed-sheet and pillow cover were torn, the jet spray and shower in the toilet was broken. When we complained, they said they cannot do anything about it and did not agree to change the room. The flow of wash basin is horribly slow, and the mug was cracked! i am not able to believe that they call themselves a hotel! Terrible experience... please do not book this place! even if available for 500rs, it wont be worth it.

I recently had an overnight stay at Hotel Holy Basil, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay quite enjoyable. However, what truly stood out during my visit was the food. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional! The flavors were fresh, and the variety offered was impressive. It's clear that great care is taken in the preparation of the meals, and this really made a difference in the overall experience.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly.Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design.

The room was fantastic. Cleanliness, staff and service, everything was very good. The Restaurant below the hotel had the best taste. Overall a must visit.

I stayed in hotel basil haridwar the rooms were very neat and clean. And the manager Mr Ankur was very good he gave us a check in within 3 min.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. on-site restaurant offered delicious food and impeccable service
