if you checkin early they will take any kind of money which is fair to them as a early check-in price which is quite a theft. the room are quite small and unhygienic. in total this hotel is not worth of money after so called discounts also

Worth the money we pay for the hospitality is great and they have clean rooms and a huge bathroom with bath tub for use.

Booked a room, requested change of dates. Zero reply from staff, zero communication. Cancelled my booking (fortunately cancellation was free of charge).

PLS READ AND CHECK THE REAL PICS OF THIS HOTEL ***** I'm afraid, this is a hotel I wouldn't recommend. When I booked five rooms online for a family vacation, I was shocked by the poor conditions upon our arrival. I wanted to cancel, but they refused, so we had no choice but to stay. The rooms were smelly, had leaking water, moldy walls, and dirty beds. We kept asking for towels and tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. It seemed like there was only one person running the whole place. When we returned from our day out, we found dust on the bed sheets, and it was the same in all the rooms. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the morning, and they just told us, "That's how it is." If you want to enjoy your trip, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

waste of money , it is not a hotel, it is a cheap lodge. Rooms are in bad condition. No proper staff. Price is also more,

Average room, average location. Not good enough for it's price.

Ever bkwas hotel...... please take dharamsala instead of this hotel ......
