Yashail Hotel Haridwar

I would have rated it at least 4 stars but the way I was not let my bike be put in the parking upstairs in front of the hotel really saddened me, while all other people with cars could park it there. The parking is also at 'owner's risk', whatever it means. Food was good.

Disappointing Experience - Not What We Expected We recently stayed at this hotel last Saturday, and unfortunately, we were left quite disappointed with our experience. The hotel's overall service and appearance did not meet our expectations. The lobby had a rather unwelcoming, dark, and shabby feel, and the staff were not as friendly as we would have hoped. It felt like there was a lack of warmth in their hospitality, which really set the tone for the stay. The room itself was also a letdown--there were visible cracks in the walls, and several of the lights weren't working. To make matters worse, the power went out in the middle of the night, and it wasn't restored until we raised the issue the next morning. We were also surprised by the pool area staff's unkind attitude. On top of that, towels weren't provided in the swimming pool area, which we felt should be a basic service. The food wasn't up to par either--not very tasty, and there was a limited variety to choose from. To our further dismay, they charged us for our 7-year-old daughter's breakfast, even though we expected it to be complimentary for her, which felt a bit unreasonable. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the Ganga Ghat in Haridwar, so it wasn't as convenient as we had hoped. The building itself had visible wear and tear, particularly around the exterior plaster, which was noticeable from our room and in almost every photo we took. Finally, the checkout process was incredibly slow, taking around 45 minutes, which was frustrating after a long stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. We expected a much higher standard for the price we paid, and we hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the guest experience for future visitors.

It is the best hotel, staff is very cooperative, food is outstanding, kids enjoyed lot. Thank you so much hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. Kids love the place so much

The staff is fabulous and customer centric. Abhishek Singh at the reception was fabulous and helped us get a room before the check-in time. Jagat Singh as a chef leads with examples and serves with so much of affection. I do not eat onion so he specifically offered me fabulous food without onion. The service staff is exceptional as they saw an infant baby with my sister and proactively reached and gave us a cot. The property is lovely with all the amenities one can think of. I recommend it a 100%

Rooms & services shown in pictures & on offers differ. Never go for additional bed in a room. Hand dryers don't work, no fridge in room, no safe in cupboard, no smoking area, breakfast options are limited, all stuff served is cold except milk. South Indian food a big no.

Horrible experience with unprofessional staff and service. The AC wasnt working, after 4 calls they sent someone to take a look. Room had a weird smell, the bathroom looked like that it is under construction. Also mosquitos in the room. Food was bad , fruits and vegetables were not fresh. the breakfast combo didnt go together and huge focus on south indian food.Lifts werent working. The hotel management needs to fix things and work on quality. Wont recommend staying there.

Worst experience and poor service!! ill maintained property, rude staff and forget about any assistance from them. Till the time it was a Radission property, it was maintained and now you'll find no maintenance and even the bathroom is not properly cleaned. If you'll call the reception, no one will answer your call or you've to wait for forever. It'll truly disappoint you when you took the pain the stay at out skirts of Haridwar to enjoy the property and your hopes meet nil, zero and zilch expectations.
