OYO Hotel Vinayak Grand

I am really disappointed while writing this review as this hotel play cheap tricks to increase their profit margin as I have booked this hotel for my son's birthday party everything was looking good at starting but when it comes to food for which I have paid an handsome amount of money they made it extremely spicy to reduce consumption. I am strongly suggesting do not book this hotel for any party. They trick people's just to earn money they do not care about feelings of any customer.

No longer OYO Its better without OYO branding if u ask me . OYO branding is poor hotels , extreme low standards, poor quality linen , most of the times linen is worn off , non crisp n looks used with stains . In terms of clanliness it was better . Linen we asked for replacement though it was clean but had burnt cigarettes marks . Food was good and tastier . Over all good hotel with basic standards but hospitable staff and all you hear from them is yes . I would give them 4/5 because of service , food and staff . Buffet was quite basic , no eggs probably due to shrads that were going on .

Hosted a party at Vinayak Grand's basement hall. The hall impressed with its size, bright lighting, and the decorations we paid for were beautiful. The party manager and service were helpful as well. However, there were some drawbacks. First, reaching the basement requires stairs, which could be difficult for elderly guests. Secondly, there are no restrooms in the basement itself, forcing everyone to use the facilities upstairs, again inconvenient for some. Finally, the food fell short - bland snacks and unchilled water. While the venue itself has potential, the lack of accessibility and underwhelming food bring the rating down. 3/5 stars.

Horrible experience, worst service. No power at the hotel and DG also not working. Most of the times light and AC not functioning. Had to checkout in just 2 hrs and still forced to pay half room rates. Owner had very bad attitude. No customer respect.

I was there for a get together party with a group of 10 peoples, we had dinner there, food quality was average service was good

Hi I live in Haridwar only. It was my parent's wedding anniversary but it all got ruined . The restaurant was nice till the last year. But now when I visited after a long time. Its service had become worsened. Firstly, when we enter the restaurant it was full of suffocation then I enquired about the dishes that were mentioned on the menu but the response of the staff was not satisfactory. After all, we ordered soup. What soup is, it is meant to be hot to digest the food. But it was cold like that it can be drunk like water and at last, we ordered a chilly potato it was so sweet that it's like we are eating a bare sugar and ants were dancing in the dishes in which we were served.

Very pathetic hotel! I've been a regular and loyal customer since last 1 decade (shivam sales corporation) and bunty kalra being one of my close hotel representative still had worst experience with your hotel!
