Hotel Vinayak Grand

Rating: Visited Grand Vinayak Grand in Haridwar for a party. The basement auditorium had a very bad smell, like incense mixed with something unpleasant. Even after spraying room freshener, the smell didn't improve. They had turned off the AC during the event, and when turned back on, it released a foul sewer-like smell from the vents. Food and cleanliness were good, but the air quality and ventilation need serious improvement.

I had arranged my engagement function. Food is ok but management is too bad...no one is available for room cleaning even guest are waiting outside 10 15 min .... Arrangement is also not managed

Decent Rooms, Good hygiene but the TV doesn't work, even if it's working there are next to no channels, Wifi sucks, and the staff does not care if you complaint. Food is good thou. A little hit and miss.

One of the worst food i have ever eaten These people giving panner and dal of around 400 rupees each and then giving the worst taste And also giving 20 rupee water bottle at rupees 35 Literally one of the worst place in shivalik nagar Haridwar.. Please avoid these type of restaurants in you near future

It's worst hotel you could visit food quality worst room management worst they smoke in your rooms when you leave even laundry services damaged my pent after wash color of pent faded and no proper ironing and waiters provide services like they are forced to serve otherwise they will run from here

Not Grand its D grade ,,, after taking good terrif ,got stained torn bedsheets , unprofessional staff ,insected breakfast,, 1)In breakfast found a insect leg So disgusting ,, even after showed to staff they don't apologize. 2) receptionist not a proper attendee asking for water bottle bill said for 1 day only 1 bottle ,, not have a proper sense to how to talk to clients,, i have a booking for 4 days but i checkout out in 1 day ,, hard to survive there after seeing insect in breakfast food. Not suggesting anyone to do online booking ---- Do visit 1st.

Went there for marriage purpose infact it was my brother's marriage. Food and complete environment and ambience was quite good and pleasant
