I had an amazing stay here. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a great view. What really stood out was the attention to detail--fresh towels, quick room service, and even a personalized note. The food at the restaurant was top-notch (highly recommend the breakfast buffet), and the overall vibe of the place was warm and relaxing. Definitely coming back!

Had an amazing experience... The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The location is central and perfect for exploring the surrounding tourist areas. I will certainly prefer this for my future visits.. Had an interaction with the owners of the hotel also, and there was an instantaneous family like bonding with them... overall 5 stars!!!

Very nice stay with spacious rooms n good mountain views. Food was also tasty. Service needs to be improved a lot. Have to keep calling reception multiple times for any service or request.

Overall stay was comfortable. Food was tasty and the rooms were spacious. Would also like to mention the hospitality for Sagar and Shilpi. Overall great to stay here. Wasn't expecting such class in a small city, but the property truly outdid the expectations.

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central Train Station.
