This hotel is very expensive for the middle class and also don't fall for their photos,the room is very small in size and the entrance is very mediocre complete waste of money

Poor service and behaviour of staff. The owner blames only on the guest but his staff didn't have manners to talk to a customer. His politics like military they're not provided breakfast if it is included in your tarrif.

my experience was rather underwhelming, particularly when it came to the food. I had high hopes for a satisfying meal, but the reality fell short of my expectations. One of the main reasons for my disappointment was the incorrect order. I had ordered butter chicken, a popular and flavorful dish. However, to my dismay, I received something completely different that not only failed to resemble butter chicken but also lacked taste. This mix-up was quite frustrating, as I was eagerly anticipating a delicious meal. Although I cannot speak for the hotel's overall amenities and services, the disappointing food experience did impact my overall perception of the establishment. While the hotel may have other redeeming qualities, it is essential for them to address the quality and accuracy of their food offerings to ensure guest satisfaction. Overall, based on my experience, I would rate this hotel three stars. The subpar food, coupled with the incorrect order, diminished what could have been a more enjoyable stay. I hope the management takes these concerns into consideration and makes improvements to enhance the dining experience for future guests.

Assault by staff!! I had booked a room to spend the night, my friend came to join me, to finish preparations for a Trek. The next day, when we were checking out, the receptionist told us that it was forbidden to sleep two people in the room and that we would have to pay a fine of 2000 rupees. We refused, the staff got angry, the man blocked us in the room, we were able to escape by forcing our way in but my friend was hit and injured his arm by the man They are bandits!!!

The place is clean and very nice, simple rooms and they help every me in every thing i needed especially Verrun thet was very nice and good to talk to. Good place to stay

An excellent hotel. Don't go by the 2 stars. Nakul - the owner personally looks after the hotel. A whatsapp connection is established with him upon check in, which caters to your every need. He went to the trouble of sending me pics of his wooden bed bases as I have a back problem, answered all questions to my satisfaction and didn't even ask for a deposit up till a few days of my arrival. With uninterrupted electricity, great high pressure hot showers and unbeatable service, this place really stands out. Both the managers are polite and enterain any reasonable request. The room service staff are well behaved and the high speed internet connection gives the hotel all the creature comforts one could want, from their home away from home. I was given a international socket convertor upon arrival and allowed to msg my wife from the managers phone. Because I have a back problem, my matress was moved a number of times without even a 'Why?'from the management. It's centrally located and I even got a diwali sweet dish from them. Nakul helps you to negotiate the best rates for your laundry and looks after you, as if you were a guest in his home. Having stayed at most of the rooms and for a week now, I can safely say that his patience, resilience and manner for dealing with issues makes you feel like you're being looked after in a quiet, safe and unassuming way (environment).

This hotel is one of the best examples of value for money. I had an incredibly comfortable stay for 2 nights. Despite being filled to capacity, the management and staff were courteous and extremely efficient in looking after our needs. The rooms are beautifully maintained and everything, from the room service to housekeeping, is well taken care of. The location, being in the heart of the city, is an added advantage. I would definitely recommend it to anybody visiting the area, whether on business or with family.

It's a good hotel but little over costly. Location: It's on main road very near to market so it's a good point. But in night sounds of heavy vehicles may disturb sleep. Service: very good.
