Though it is 4to 5 km away fm city, but it have good environment n standard. Restaurant at 3rd floor also delicious n well prepared...

Hotel staff is good but the major problem is with the restaurant. Restaurant staff doesn't take food orders of the hotel guests. They always deny for the food. Hotel staff told us that the kitchen Is on lease that's why the behavior is very bad.

The service and staff is good and cooperative... The cleaniness of the rooms had to be improved a lot. The location of the hotel is good, away from the loudness of the city. The restaurant Sanjh in the hotel is very good having nice food and ambience.

Only the look of this hotel is good, otherwise I had a very bad experience here. No availability of hot water in cold, bathroom lock was not working, all the while there was some smell coming in our room. Staff also very lethargic, didn't take care of many things and was confused all the time.

The rooms are pretty nicely arranged for you and the main market is 1.5kms away from this place. Nainital is an hour and a half away from here.

Very poor service specially kitchen staff is very rude. Kitchen staff will not cooperate you food is very bad. Will not suggest any one to come again. Very bad experience.
