The experience was up to our mark. Hema at the reception helped us with making our stay comfortable with providing necessary arrangements. At 3am night also she assisted her help and got the generator switched on. Asha ram in staff was helpeful and provided with the good food served. Manager of the hotel guided us properly with the location and settlement. Overall a good experience.

Very bad experience. Tiny reception and extreme shortage of staff. No one to take the luggage to the room. Rooms are decent. Although it lacked basic facilities like dental kit,towels. They didn't have ironing service plus the kitchen staff was too rigid. Extremely limited breakfast menu.

Visited this hotel on the way to Chitai golu temple. The staff are very attentive and hospitable. Food are upto the mark. rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Thanks to all for this nice experience.

The main reception is an apology of a tiny congested place accessible from a narrow side lane. In the name of running hot water, they have a 15 litres geyser which runs out in 1 minute of taking shower; so I had to ask for a bucket and mug to store the little hot water to take bath. There were no towels in the room; they had to be called for. The furniture in the room was broken - the tiny center-table as well as the single chair. Breakfast for the continental plan I had paid for was NOT a buffet; I had to choose between paratha, puri, poha or sandwitch. It's essentially a small time basic local lodging masquerading as a chain hotel with Five Elements branding but providing barely minimal accommodation and services.
