I had a wonderful stay at hotel Grand Emporio The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staffs would appreciate Sneha and Geeta everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended! Thank you

One of the best hotel in Haldwani city, everything is absolutely good, we definitely recommend to someone, all staff are very sweet & nice. Front desk morning checkin staff mr. Ritika who is very kind & sweet , every time give us sweet morning welcom.

Hotel front office staff is quite professional and polite.Hospitality shown by the entire staff specially Manisha is appreciable. The location is also quite perfect and easy to reach.Very Nice Hotel to stay, I often stay here during my business visits. Really enjoyed my stay at Emporio. Will highly recommend to all.

Restaurant service are gorgeous restaurant staff is also good behaviour along with room is also good But services are not good room service staff is not good
