Devashish Hotel

The executive room with road facing view is a good in size. The room is well maintained. In fact whole property is well maintained. The buffet breakfast served with open heart as the staff is really coordial. Dilip who served us was quick and efficient in understanding our requirements and served us accordingly. The Hotel is blessed with a good Chef who makes tasty food. Overall a very good Hotel with efficient and Hospitable staff. Most recommended for stay.

1. Room service was fair. 2. Very expensive as compared to peers. 3. There were plumbing issues in the room bathrooms. 4. Shown unprofessionalism from restaurant staff. 5. Dirty utensils, were refused to change them even after showing proof. 6. Food was good though.

Exceptional service and ownership of our booking, right from the day 1 of confirming the reservation. Especially Mr.Gaurav was so kind and was following up with me on every aspect. He made sure that we are felt comfortable all throughout the stay and address all our concerns right on time. I would hands down recommend this place to whoever visiting Haldwani.

Really terrible experience. The reception asked for payment first and later they refused to acknowledge that we asked for an extra bed. They included complimentary breakfast in our package but then went on to charge for it. The food was of very low standards. The room was pathetic with very bad lighting and really noisy because of the traffic.

Very good service. The rooms were clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was really cordial and hospitable.

Good Hotel and excellent Location, only minus point is that "Rooms height are too big and Air conditioner is Split AC and it took time to cool the room. for short stay you can try this hotel. Also Linen was not so cleaned specially bedsheet and hand towel.||||||Food was below average (Breakfast) - not liked, everything else is good,

Chef Rakesh is exceptional in making good food. We had the Navratri Special Deluxe Vrat Thali and it was truly delicious, the word "delicious" is an insult for the Thali which was so good. Everything in the thali was very tasty and specially the paneer dish was out of this world. The people of Uttarakhand have always been the Best when it comes to food and hospitality. The people serving us, Mahesh Dhami and Naresh Joshi, along with all the staff of Devashish are very kind and have a pure heart. They serve food with the utmost care and devotion. Today, I ate food which went to my soul. You have to try it. Devashish is the Best property to stay in Haldwani and all of it is because of the food prepared by Chef Rakesh and the lovely staff caring for the guests like family. Amazing! Have the experience otherwise you will miss something truly special.

I came with least expectations but I am superly impressed with the hotel. Mr Gaurav at front office, Sachin at Housekeeping and Mr Arjun at the restaurant. Stayed with family for two nights. I am amazed at their ability of focusing at the smallest need of the guests. The food is definitely on the higher side but taste compensates for it. I Highly recommend this hotel.
