Birds of Chorus Homestay

This place is hands down the best I've stayed at in Haldwani. The rooms are huge, super clean, and well-maintained. You also get free access to the lovely gardens and a cozy common sitting area, which makes it feel even more like home. There aren't any unnecessary restrictions--just basic decorum, which is totally fair. Plus, the staff is really supportive and always ready to help. Honestly, it's a place where you can just relax and feel at ease.

Rooms are big and clean it has nice garden to sit outside in evening. swiggy zomato delivery are very quick. it was nice experience overall

I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this place. Room was spacious and clean. Caretaker was helpful and available 24/7. After reading some negative reviews I was in doubt about the place but now I have no complaints. And most important is, one can hardly find such a beautiful place at this budget.

The rooms were full of dampness. One cannot use common areas shown in the property description. The kitchen is only for refilling the water from RO. The domestic help at the property was only able to cook tea and Maggie. The garden was not maintained.

My favourite place in Haldwani whenever I am travelling there for business. Located in a quiet posh neighbourhood, this spacious villa offers perfect tranquility and peace. The rooms are airy and spacious with lush interiors. The host Aditya is a humble and understanding person. The caretaker Ravi is super responsive and makes sure your stay is comfortable. There is ample parking space and one couldn't ask for more. Stand on the balcony in the morning sipping a cup of chai and you shall see the hills in the distance. In my 4 years of travel, so far the best property in entire Haldwani.

Unmatched, at this price. Highly recommended. Would be even better if there was an option of getting food as well.

No less than a luxurious Bungalow, but it's very reasonably priced such that a middle class person can also afford to stay here without having to shell out lot of money. The hosts and caretakers are very welcoming, making sure that you have a comfortable stay. Spacious lawns, King sized beds, dining hall - they have it all. However I felt that some food items can be somewhat lesser priced in accordance with how the Homestay is priced. We had tea which was decently priced though. Would love to visit again for a longer stay
