The Royal Hotel Haldwani

The Royal hotel in Haldwani was a delightful place for me to stay recently. The hotel's ideal location made exploring the city easier, and the room offered a stunning view of the mountain. A quiet area with plenty of parking that is only 50-100 meters from the major road. The outstanding care provided by the staff really stood out. They also gave me advice on how to make reservations in Nainital. I felt appreciated and well-cared for because of their attention to detail. Lite food is often necessary on mountains, and they prepared a tasty meal for me and my family. I have chosen a suite room & it was very spacious and clean, with a king size bed, beautiful interior providing a perfect retreat after a busy day.

Despite having a confirmed booking voucher via Booking.com, the hotel denied our reservation upon arrival and demanded double the charges to let us stay. This is not only unethical but also incredibly inhumane. My elderly parents (60+ years old) and 4 other senior citizens were left stranded at 9 PM, after a long day of travel, with no room despite booking and confirmation. The hotel staff was uncooperative and unapologetic, showing complete disregard for the situation. This is not just bad service--this is blatant exploitation and mismanagement. Shame on both the hotel and Booking.com for putting vulnerable guests through such harassment. Please avoid this property at all costs if you value your peace of mind and basic human decency.

We're on the way to Binsar and was searching for Pet friendly place .They were more than welcoming . Hospitality -Service -Food all exceeded our expectations. Honourable Mention of Mr. Bahadur Singh ji and Kanchan who helped us and ensured everything is taken care .

Nice place to stay only. If you want to visits Haldwani and its neared place , it is good place to stay only. This place is newly built. All the staff are very good and nice. Room are so spacious.

My parents had a good stay here. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Interiors are good. The breakfast booked from before was great(it was warm and filling). Only negative feedback is on the noise part. The room was near the reception so it had noise coming from the reception area at night, had to call up the reception for that, but they acted on it quickly after getting the call! :) Overall, good experience!

The hotel was neat and clean. Parking available. Pet friendly but they charge extra for pets as a housekeeping service charge which was fine.

I recently visited Haldwani for a legal matter and stayed at the Royal Hotel in Kusumkheda for two days. I found the hotel room to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The owner has done an admirable job, and the staff is remarkably friendly and welcoming, making one feel like part of their family. In particular, Kanchan and Lokesh were exceptionally helpful, providing me with valuable information about the area and assisting me with various needs. Both of them were always present at the front office and were consistently ready to help. The entire hotel staff and the owner, Mr. Prashant, provided outstanding service, making my stay a pleasant experience. My sincere thanks to Mr. Prashant and all the staff for their excellent hospitality.
