The Omara

I booked this hotel for engagement ceremony. They provided only two table fans on the rooftop, couch was torn, lot of food was leftover so we asked them to pack as the number of plates consumed was lesser than what count we gave them. So its obvious we will either take the food or reduce the amount to be paid. They didnt reduce amount and took full charges of the count given to them. They packed very less food and that too just rice dal raita and 4 gulab jamun. They told us that they have packed biryani, mix veg and other stuff too. So they basically lied. One more thing we had veg spring roll for the starter, there were guests who were veg so they just asked the service guy if the spring rolls were veg or non veg. He had unknowingly said that its non veg and many of the guests did not even tasted that. Poor service. I regret booking them.

Phone doesn't work in rooms. Need to shout from top to reception for service. Elevator & power backup just before medical college hospital. Main road towards haldwani

My stay with omara was amazing,their hospitality was exceptional,the room i stayed was comfortable and clean,i highly recommend omara to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
