Hotel Nainital Inn

When I arrived at the property, they denied my check-in, stating that they had no tie-up with OYO. They further mentioned that no rooms were available and asked me to leave and find another place. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Such mismanagement reflects poorly on OYO's service. In the future, I would avoid booking any hotels through OYO as this experience was unacceptable and disappointing. Immediate action should be taken to address such discrepancies to avoid ruining customer experiences.

After check in before the basic services, the staff brings the scanner to pay the rent. After that there is no sign off the staff. Very pathetic service. Don't dare to come. No proper management in washroom. Stinky rooms

Good hotel in the heart of city highly recommended staff is very helpful.. And food is awesome....property on NH having easy access to bus traveling to Delhi regarding ..... surely visit next time also.....
